“The Curzon team has been extremely good at disseminating their professional knowledge and approach into the NSG organisation, in particular key protagonists. This was done partly in a formal way, but also via more of an informal osmosis which is critical for sustainability and for subsequent roll-outs in Europe. Growth, as anticipated, wasn’t always easy but looking at the hard numbers it really has been achieved. Most importantly the foundations are in place and more will come over the next 2-3 years.”
